II. DoD’s Claim of a Database Software “Glitch” Is Implausible
DoD Claims Simple “Queries” on the DMED Database, such as “Retrieve all Serious Disease Events in 2020”, Implausibly Missed 10 of every 11 Specific Serious Diseases

In response to the Whistleblower testimony, DoD instructed a low-level officer to Email the DoD PR Response to PolitiFact, a second-tier media “fact checker”.
PolitiFact reported on January 31, 2022: (PF1)
Numbers were based on faulty data, military spokesperson says.
PolitiFact: We rate this claim False
An error in the Defense Medical Epidemiology Database gave the false impression that there was a huge spike in miscarriages, cancer, and other medical issues among military members in 2021.
The 2016-2020 numbers used to determine a five-year average were underreported, officials said.
The database has been taken down to identify and correct the problem.
But these figures are wrong. They resulted from a glitch in the database, a military spokesperson said.
The evidence in this section will show that DoD’s claim of a DMED Database software “Glitch” implausible. The Whistleblowers ran simple “Queries” on the DMED Database, such as “Retrieve all Serious Disease events in 2020.” or “Retrieve all Acute Myocardial Infarction events in 2020.” DoD claims that somehow the Queries went wrong for 2016-2020 (but not 2021) and missed 10 of every 11 Specific Serious Diseases and found only 1, for example.
Five categories of evidence demonstrate the implausibility of DoD’s claim of a narrowly targeted database software “Query” “Glitch”:
The Query “Glitch” Purportedly “Missed” 10 of Every 11 Serious Disease Events
The Query “Glitch” Affected Only Diseases Caused by mRNA “Vaccines”
The Query “Glitch” Affected Only 2016-2020 but Not 2021 or 2015 and Earlier
No One Noticed the Epic “Glitch” in the Premier DMED Database for 6 Years
1. “Glitches” Don’t Occur in Simple Database Queries
DMED is the medical database for active-duty US military. It contains an enormous amount of retrievable deidentified data. For example, a simple Query might be:
Fetch all cases of serious disease diagnoses in 2020.
The DoD Whistleblowers made a similar Query of DMED and got this result:
1,976,724 Serious Disease diagnosis events in 2020 – “Original Result”
This simple Query is not a complicated software process. Simple Queries are such basic database functions that they never go wrong. However, DoD claims there was a database software “Glitch” in the Query that prevented retrieval of all the requested data.
2. The Query “Glitch” Purportedly “Missed” 10 of Every 11 Serious Disease Events
DoD claims that after fixing the “Glitch” the same simple Query found 11 times more events. For the same Query example, the new changed result is:
22,182,148 Serious Disease diagnosis events in 2020 – “Manipulated Result” vs
1,976,724 Serious Disease diagnosis events in 2020 – “Original Result”
DoD claims that somehow only 1 of 11 Serious Disease diagnosis events in 2020 were retrieved because of the database software Query “Glitch”. DoD has offered no explanation of how a simple database Query could miss 10 of every 11 events.
DoD’s claim of a major “Glitch” in simple database software Queries is implausible!
3. The Query “Glitch” Affected Only Diseases Caused by mRNA “Vaccines”
It is implausible that the Query “Glitch” selectively affected only diseases caused by mRNA “Vaccines” – and not other diseases. The much more likely explanation is that DoD was trying to protect the “narrative” that mRNA “Vaccines” were safe. In that case, DoD would claim that the Query “Glitch” affected only diseases caused by mRNA “Vaccines” – and not other diseases.

“Coincidence” that Only mRNA “Vaccine” Related Diseases Were Adjusted
Why, when we looked at the data before the corruption were only symptoms related to the vaccines elevated?
What’s interesting is that only the event counts related to adverse events caused by the vaccines (as determined in VAERS) were affected by this “corruption.” That is, huge increases observed prior to the correction were only on symptoms that were vaccine related, not on other symptoms. That makes their “corruption” explanation hard to explain. Very hard to explain.
How could a glitch in the computer only affect symptoms associated with the COVID vaccine? That would be the most amazing glitch in computer history. I would love to hear the explanation for that.
Only symptoms that were elevated by the vaccine were affected; that’s impossible for a computer glitch to have caused that.

If every diagnosis from the previous five years only reported a “fraction” of ICD codes, then wouldn’t that be evident in every diagnosis, including ones that would conceivably have nothing to do with a vaccine injury? Instead, released data (posted here and verified by my source) confirms that the number of diagnoses for things like Lyme disease, tick-borne diseases, and Chagas – ailments we can safely theorize would not be affected by the vaccine – were not meaningfully higher in 2021 than the previous years. But if there was underreporting in the previous years, shouldn’t that be the case with every ICD code, not just the ones causing neurological, hematological, pulmonary, cardio, and reproductive disorders as well as cancers?
4. Enormous Boosts in 2016-2020 but Not 2021 or 2015 and Earlier
It is implausible that the Query “Glitch” selectively affected only 2016-2020 but not 2021 or 2015 and earlier. The much more likely explanation is that DoD was trying to protect the “narrative” that mRNA “Vaccines” were safe. In that case, DoD would claim that the Query “Glitch” affected only the five years that the Whistleblowers used as their Baselines – 2016-2020 and no other years.
Steve Kirsch reported on February 5, 2022: (SK1)
“Coincidence” that Only 2016 to 2020 Were Adjusted – Not 2021.
Why did the corruption only affect years 2016 to 2020 and not 2021? there is no justification as to why earlier years were affected but 2021 was not.
Daniel Horowitz reported on February 2, 2022: (DH1)
There is nothing unique about the years 2016-2020. Those just happened to be the arbitrary years that the Whistleblowers used to establish a Baseline from which to compare the 2021 data. Why would this magic glitch affect only affect those years – not a year before and not a year after?
5. No One Noticed the Epic “Glitch” in the Premier DMED Database for 6 Years
The DMED medical database is one of the most highly regarded in the world. Tens of $millions are spent on it each year. It is inconceivable that an epic “Glitch” has remained undetected for six years from 2016 to 2022. It is very suspicious that this epic “Glitch” was only detected after the Whistleblowers questioned the “Narrative” that mRNA “Vaccines” are safe.
